Main Courses


Our freshly-caught trout are prepared for you in the following manners:

Fried in the Houses’ Style
A full fish fried golden-brown in butter and parsley, served with salt potatoes

Breaded
A full fish crispily breaded with large bread crumbs, served with fried potatoes

Blue
Trout in fish stock with a generous portion of fresh blanched vegetables, served
with melted butter and salt potatoes

Trout Fillet
We are pleased to serve our trout prepared as a Fillet for you fried in butter
with garlic and ginger, or crispily breaded, one portion contains two-three fillet

Asian
A full trout deep fried in a wok with peanut oil, served with fried basmati rice

King Paws sweet and sour, served with fried basmati rice

Danube Salmon (only when ordered in advance – minimum 4 people)
A full fish, oven-roasted with vegetables

Breaded Pork Schnitzel „Viennese Style“
Served with fried parsley potatoes

Mixed Salad prepared with fresh, crunchy leaf salad
